We invest in training to ensure all our employees deliver to a high standard.
Everyone who joins the company receives induction training covering the company history,
company structure, health and safety, staff communication, policies and procedures
and pay and benefits.
We also ensure employees receive additional induction training specific to their
role, for example, our products, our competitors, our systems and our internal processes.
Following induction training employees receive ongoing coaching and support via
regular 1:1 meetings and periodic skills and knowledge training sessions.
Sales Development Programme
Employees within telesales are offered an ongoing structured development programme
covering basic sales skills, communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation
and closing skills, and, also advanced product, industry and technical knowledge.
Salary increases are awarded on completion of key stages of the programme.
ILM Qualifications
We are an accredited ILM centre, which means we offer employees a variety of
nationally recognised management training programmes leading to formal
qualifications from the Institute of Leadership and Management. These include:
- ILM Level 3 Diploma and Certificate in First Line Management
- ILM Level 2 Diploma and Certificate in Team Leading
- ILM Team Member Development Award
Vocational qualifications
We offer the opportunity to complete vocational qualifications including:
- NVQ Level 3 Management
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Sales
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Administration
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Contact Centre
