Our established and successful UK credit reference business, based at New Ollerton, Nottinghamshire,

Most of our opportunities are full-time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm however we do have some part-time roles.

Telesales (Full-time)
Telephoning managers of UK businesses to introduce, demonstrate and sell our credit
reference products. Requires good communication skills, confidence and a ‘can do’ mentality. We
welcome applicants with sales experience as well as anyone keen to begin a career in sales
Data Capture (part-time, home-working)
Contacting managers of businesses to obtain business information then updating our systems. Requires
confidence, professionalism and attention to detail.
We provide thorough induction training and ongoing coaching and support in all our roles.

Support Roles Induction
Induction training for other roles is designed and delivered on an individual basis to meet business and
individual needs.
On-going training / coaching
Our training does not just begin and end with the induction. We ensure the continual development of our
teams by delivering product training and skills workshops on an ongoing basis. Our Coaches and
Supervisors also provide 1:1 training, support and feedback on an ongoing basis. Our Supervisors manage small
teams to ensure they have quality 1:1 time on a regular basis with every team member.

Steve - New Business Sales Manager (joined June 2004)
Since I started working for LM Group Ltd in 2004 as a trainee salesperson, I have
undertaken a variety of roles and been promoted several times. In 4 years I have
gone from trainee sales person to sales person, undertaken a project role to
upgrade existing customers, been a Sales Team Supervisor, helped launch a new
product and a new office, progressed to Sales Coach and then promoted to Sales
Manager.
I joined riskdisk as a Trainee Sales Advisor. I could not believe how much support
I was given following the initial training, unlike other places I’d worked at before
where you were just left to get on with it.
After a short time finding my feet, I progressed to a Sales role with better pay
and commission. I did this role for just over a year and during this time won
several sales promotions, one of which was an all expenses paid skiing holiday to
France.
Keen to progress my career, I applied for a Sales Team Supervisor role and was
fortunate to get the position. This was a fantastic opportunity to share my
knowledge and experience with others and help develop new and existing staff.
Nothing gives me more pleasure that seeing others I have invested time in,
succeed.
A year later I took on the role of Sales Coach within the department. The
company is good at providing training to bring the best out of people and in this
instance I was able to complete an external Train the Trainer course to give me
the skills and knowledge to redesign and deliver a new sales induction training
process. In my coaching role I also helped the Supervisors deliver weekly
coaching and feedback sessions to every team member.
My career progressed further in Nov 2007 when I was offered the position of New
Business Sales Manager with responsibility for the entire riskdisk sales
department. I couldn’t believe it - in under 4 years I had gone from trainee
salesperson to department manager!
When I joined the company I was told that you get out of the company what you
put in, and that couldn’t be truer. There are a lot of very successful people here
who put a lot of effort in and are well rewarded in return. Our motto is “make
money and have fun” and that is what we do.
Jamie - Account Manager (joined May 2005)
After a year of consistently hitting my targets I was promoted to a Senior Sales
position dealing with customers who had been recommended by others or who
had received mail-shots from us and were interested in our products.
I now work in Account Management speaking to our existing customers,
upgrading and renewing their subscription and helping them with any questions
or queries they have regarding our product.
Since working for the Company I have found that there have been many
opportunities for progression within the business and lots of rewards. The
individual and team targets are achievable (with a bit of hard work) and there are
many other incentives. In the past I have been rewarded with skiing at Xscape
indoor ski centre, a helicopter flight and Go Karting with the team.
The company also organises other team events. For example I have climbed in
the French Alps with 5 of my work colleagues, including one of the Directors. Most
recently I joined a number of employees from across the business in the 3 Peaks
Challenge. This involved climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in less
than 24 hours.
Gemma - Telemarketing Officer (joined June 2006)
When I joined riskdisk I was made to feel very welcome and I received great
sales training before starting the job. I was very impressed with the friendly,
relaxed atmosphere and excited by the incentives to earn extra money. The
managers are very approachable and do their best to make sure you succeed. We
have lots of fun in the office and also do various activities away from the office,
but we also work very hard and pull together as a team. At the moment the sales
department is working towards a day trip incentive. If we hit our 8-week sales
target (which we are on track to do) we will be rewarded with an all expenses
team trip to Alton Towers (on a normal work day). How many companies offer
that? We work sociable hours, earn extra money, work hard and have fun… best
career move I have made.

From A1: take the A614 (Blyth Road) until you reach the Ollerton roundabout (The Big Fish Restaurant
and McDonalds opposite). Take 1st exit off roundabout signed for Ollerton and A616. At the next roundabout

From Newark: take the A616 via Wellow to Ollerton until you reach the roundabout crossed by the A6075.
Take the 2nd exit signed for Tuxford, A6075 and New Ollerton...(see below)
...from A6075 continue forward until you reach the mini roundabout (at Tesco petrol station) and turn
right (2nd exit), signed for The Energy Village. Take the 2nd exit off the mini island into Edison Rise.
Turn 1st right into Latimer Way. Our car park is immediately on the right.
On arrival, follow the path from the car park to the main glass doors and press the silver buzzer on the
left for attention.
